In biology, Vitamin K is the essential element that clots blood and allows open wounds to heal. VEGA VI flips this biological necessity into an incisive metaphor for contemporary emotional disconnection—the invisible deficiency that leaves us unable to close the fractures when intimacy fails. The track examines what happens when you keep slipping off the polished exterior of modern romance, endlessly performing connection without ever breaking through to anything tangible.

The lyric zeroes in on the exhausting paradox of navigating love inside a hyper-digital, hyper-optimized reality. Trapped between frictionless swipe culture, performative presence, and curated aesthetic feeds, true intimacy gets displaced. Love isn’t missing—there is an overwhelming abundance of it ready to be shared—yet it finds nowhere grounding to land.
Despite its emotional weight, “VITAMIN K” refuses to drown in melancholy. Channeling the sonic spirits of left-field innovators like Oklou, Sega Bodega, orbit, and ÄTNA, the track propels forward on a jittery, skittering breakbeat engine, enveloped in warm analogue synth lines and pitched vocal manipulations. It is a genuine, glitch-laced banger that pulls you straight onto the floor, letting raw heartache and dance-floor catharsis collide in real time.
Visually brought to life under the direction of VEGA VI alongside Wenke Schulz, and lensed with atmospheric precision by director of photography Lasse Frobese, the accompanying video captures that exact friction between isolation and sensory overload.
